Visitor registration

Securely manage your on-site visitors from the moment they enter until they leave. Donesafe's visitor registration solution combines Donesafe's complete security and compliance system with a touchless visitor registration solution.

This solution allows your website visitors to log in to your company's branded login station by scanning a QR code and completing registration on their own device using their existing browser – without the need for other apps.

When the user scans the QR code at the login kiosk, there is no need to contact the kiosk itself, but you can have as many visitors log in at the same time as you need.

After logging in, they receive a digital entry pass that they can upload to their own device and also print an optional entry pass.

When they're ready to leave, they simply walk up and scan the kiosk again or simply tap sign on their digital entry card on their way out the door.

Additionally, thanks to Donesafe's existing automation and configuration tools, you can also configure the visitor kiosk to work in a more traditional, touch-based way for those situations where visitors are unable to use their own device on site.

Requirements

• The visitor registration solution will need to be installed on your Donesafe account to set up a login kiosk.

• To activate Donesafe Connect on your device, scan the Donesafe system registration QR code – it may be sent to you by a system administrator.

• Visitor Registration Kiosk requires Android 8.0 or higher.

• To log in on their own device, visitors only need an internet-connected device with a QR code reader and a browser – no other apps required.
